Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Farmally account you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. The operating business is Legal entity name.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, keeping your login credentials safe and any activity performed under your account. One account per person, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Farmally to break the law.
• Don't try to access other farms' records or bypass security controls.
• Don't misuse the AI features to attempt to extract data you don't own.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation Owner review

Farmally offers Free, Starter, Pro and Commercial plans. Billing is being rolled out gradually — every account starts on Free while the payment integration is finalised. Final pricing, renewal, refund and cancellation terms must be confirmed by the operating business.

5. Farmally AI disclaimer

Farmally AI provides guidance grounded in the records you allow it to read. It is not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian or agronomist. For any serious animal-health or crop-disease question, or before using any restricted chemical or medicine, consult a professional. Farmally does not confidently diagnose disease or prescribe restricted substances.

6. Data ownership

You own the records you create in Farmally. We hold them for you and process them to run the service. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Service availability

Farmally aims to be highly available but does not guarantee zero downtime. Maintenance, third-party outages and force-majeure events may cause interruptions.

8. Warranties and liability Owner review

The service is provided "as is". Warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities and caps must be reviewed and finalised by the operating business and legal counsel.

9. Governing law Owner review

Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution are to be specified by the operating business — typically the laws of Jamaica.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Meaningful changes will be notified inside the app.
